NingNing was very responsive. She had a field manager contact us before we checked in (about 3-4 days before) to coordinate everything. Her field manager Zhen was very friendly, quick to reply and accommodating. We asked for an extra mattress which he organized. There are many kids toys which is great! It seemed though that the place does need some tender, love and care and that no one double-checked the property on cleanliness and proper set up before we arrived. We didn’t have enough toilet paper, kitchen towels, hand towels for the kitchen and toilets, and there were no trash cans in any of the bathrooms. The coffee machine was broken and the dishwasher wasn’t unloaded, We did get reimbursed $20 for buying coffee and toilet paper. However, for approximately $1,000 per night, we shouldn’t have had to worry about these things. Those things should be an easy fix with more attention and wouldn’t hold me back from booking it again once properly set up.

Wonderful house , clean and well prepared, wide rooms and excellent location, Ning was dealing greatly . This house is strongly recommended

Great spacious place with a nice surrounding and even a green environment for a good run nearby… definitively worth a try!

A very great place and a very helpful host. The location is very accessible as it is right in front of a tram stop. The place is very clean from when we arrive and every facility mentioned in the profile is working perfectly.
