Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt bei Gani und waren mit ihr als Gastgeberin sehr zufrieden. Der check in war problemlos, sie hat uns viele hilfreiche Infos zukommen lassen und hat schnell auf Fragen geantwortet. Wir konnten unsere Koffer am Tag der Abreise sogar noch bis 15 Uhr in der Wohnung lassen. Die Unterkunft war genau wie beschrieben und auf den Fotos abgebildet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die L-Linie ist gleich um die Ecke, sodass man eine direkte Verbindung nach Manhatten hatte. Vielen lieben Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiter.

Arriving at the property I noticed at the back room the ceiling was stained with water marks. On the third night (13 August) about 4.30am I woke up to a wet and soggy bed. I turned on the light to discover that the entire room I was sleeping was flooded. There was a leak and water was dripping from the ceiling, water was coming down through the electrical light shade on the ceiling on to the bed. All our luggage was damaged, my books soaking wet, my medication also ruined. I sent a message to my host at about 5.24 am given the emergency. As I did not get a reply and due to the incident being an emergency and the likelihood of electrocution I telephoned my host on both numbers at about 5.30am and still got no reply. I called again at about 7am. There was no reply to any of our calls or the messages sent. Left 11:30am I got a reply from host 12:40pm stating that it was the rain that caused flooding. The leak had occurred previously and had not been sorted.

It was a nice space to stay in, it had everything we needed, and was really convenient to be close to the subway station! Although it is a 30 min commute to upper Manhattan so just be prepared for that, we didn't mind it since the subway was like 2 min away from the place.

Wszystko było zgodne z ofertą i opisem. Jedynym minusem może być dość głośni sąsiedzi... ale to przecież Nowy Jork - miasto, które nigdy nie śpi! Dinara i Gani okazali się być FANTASTYCZNYMI, błyskawicznie reagującymi na wszelkie pytania i problemy gospodarzami. Zdecydowanie polecamy to miejsce w trakcie pobytu w NY! Dinara, Gani... jeszcze raz bardzo dziękujemy!

My family and I would have loved to stay here it’s in a perfect location but it was double booked I put the code into the house only to find out that there was people staying there. Airbnb double booked the place but I think if gani checked their calendar often this wouldn’t have happened. It was just very inconvenient for me and my family after a long day or traveling we were still not accommodated nor given any suggestions on where to stay. Regardless of the situation gani did answer very quickly and tried their best for it to get resolved.
