Love Marshall Place and Hannah is an OUTSTANDING host

Our stay was short as we were only in town for two days to attend a wedding. In that time, Hannah was a lovely host. Extremely responsive and kind. She offered a lot of information about the surrounding area and gave very clear instructions regarding our stay. At arrival there was a welcome basket with some treats for us. Unfortunately, we didn’t get to enjoy the bottle of wine due to the short length of our stay, but hopefully a future guest can enjoy it! I would definitely recommend Hannah and her home to future guests. It was very well decorated, cozy and comfortable! Wish we could have stayed longer! Thank you Hannah for a lovely stay!

If I had only one word to describe this place, it would be "adorable". I felt like I was in an insta gram post. The place was spotless, impeccably styled, uber comfortable, and had everything we needed. I stayed with my dog for a week. The backyard was enchanting. The string lights, the hammock, the fire pit - all added to the charm. Not to mention the annex building with the office setup. Working from "home" for the week, this is where I spent most of my time. I loved the convenience of the backyard for my dog and she loved it for quick outside access and a place to play fetch. The house is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood and is walking distance to parks, restaurants, and breweries. Hannah was an excellent host. Extremely friendly and communicative and she made check-in/out a breeze. Really enjoyed my stay.

Wonderful place with great backyard and relaxing atmosphere. Loved the great vintage record collection and the walkable location. We appreciated the recommendations for close hiking trails and parks. Loved Longmont and hope to visit again and stay at this charming home. Thanks!!
