Great location, comfortable, perfect Airbnb except the toilet was noisy and annoying (water running) but the host was responsive and friendly. Would stay here again (if the toilet is fixed).

Brook’s place was overall a great place to stay in a good area of town. I stayed here for about a month and would do so again if needed. He was also easy to communicate with!

Brook’s place was exactly as pictured. For those who sleep with a floor fan (my hubby), he was pleasantly surprised to find one in the bedroom! Great home base for him while he was visiting our daughter. Communication was great with host as we had a last minute change that he was able to accomodate.

Nice, well-maintained, well-appointed house in a quiet neighborhood. Brook and Joel were super-responsive to our emails. A big selling point to this house is that, unlike other places we've stayed in Longmont, you don't hear the trains that run through and around the city at night.
