The house was fully equipment with dishes and spices coffee. Etc The only down side was the whole time we were there the wifi was in n out. We had to use our hotspot the whole time. The upstairs fridge seal wouldn't close causing the door to open and not keeping food cold… good thing there was a downstairs fridge to keep perishable items cool after spending over $600 on groceries for the week. There were also many spider found in the property..

A great price for what we paid. Limited issues and no complaints. A few things to suggest that could improve: Instructions related to garbage waste receptacles. Figuring out the electrical light configuration The key pad pin entry at check-in wasn’t what it said it would be No propane in the tank Larger pots/pans The communication was great, immediate and friendly. Evolve did a very good job at keeping the place to how it was listed.

I should not be charged $260 for a cleaning fee when the cleaners did not do $260 worth of work. The floors were filthy. Sweeping is half the battle - you have to mop too. I had to wash my kids’ feet before bedtime each night - after they’d already showered. Fire your cleaning service or stop charging for a bad job.

This 3 floor townhouse is beautiful on the inside! It felt like a combination of a luxury hotel and a cozy cabin because of the tasteful decor and comfort. All of the linens, bedding and furniture were very clean and looked new. The bathrooms and kitchens were spotless and well stocked. Both kitchens had elegant dish sets and plenty of pantry basics to cook, including spices and coffee. Having the extra kitchen downstairs makes this place easy to split between two parties/families. The downstairs bedroom doesn't have any windows, but one of the people in our group enjoyed the darkness at night for peaceful sleeping. I would take note of the fact that there are many stairs because of the split levels so, people with mobility challenges should consider that. Also, we were not able to access the garage, which was disappointing but, that seems to be temporary pending a repair. If you are counting on indoor parking (as we were) I would suggest calling first. We enjoyed our stay!

Along with other reviews listing the lack of basic kitchen items such as a cutting board, there was dust in many of the dishes in the house. There was also BLACK MOLD growing in the shower. I'm not sure what the $260 cleaning fee is going towards. The hot water did not work during our stay so we had to shower and wash our hands/face in FREEZING COLD WATER when the weather outside was very cold and we had just come back from a day of snowboarding/skiing. The soap in the bathroom also had a strange discoloration from the rest of the container which makes you question how long it had been there for and the conditions that caused that. There is also not a hot tub nor a pool like that listing says. The host had a delay in response and gave a separate number/email to contact instead of being able to go through AirBnB. I would avoid this place if you can.
