This is the second time I have stayed at Jan's place. As usual, the place was clean, comfy and well provisioned. Jan and Jeff are quick to respond to any questions or needs. It's located in a quiet neighborhood that is easy to find and close to stores and restaurants. I will be back next year if time permits.

We were very comfortable in her home. Liked the family pictures made a nice touch. Slept very well and centrally located with easy access to all points of interest. The new grand daughter baby blanket was an extra plus Thanks Jan

Jan's place was homey, comfortable and super clean! The kitchen was well stocked and she also has a gas fireplace, both of which helped our family so much during the ice storm when the power was knocked about for a few days! Jan was kind, responsive and checked in to ensure that we were safe and to make sure that we had food. I truly appreciate having stayed at her home during this challenging event and would recommend the home to everyone. Due to the unfortunate ice storm, we didn't really venture out much but the area is adorable with a park next door as well as lots of grocery stores nearby. I hope to stay here again under less icy circumstances!

This house is so cozy and has everything you would need for a vacation rental. Well stocked and inviting.
