Extremely clean, appliances are new and function well, with the one exception being the ice maker/filtered water output on the fridge (a problem being handled, just not before we arrived). Rooms were as described, plenty of closet/storage space, and a well stocked kitchen complete with Keurig with K Cups and flavors to enhance your selections. Bryan is a VERY responsive host. We had a problem with the hot tub (heavy chlorine smell) and he came by within 30 minutes and fixed the problem in less time than that! He also provided restaurant recommendations (yes for Cornucopia) and answered all of our questions before and during our stay. Neighborhood is peaceful, walkable, and there is a park at the front that the kids enjoyed. We would definitely stay again!

Byran was a great host and very responsive throughout our stay. The house was great for a small group and in a very nice family neighborhood. It was nice to be on the outskirts of town, but still very accessible to parks, shopping and Eugene. The house was very clean and everything worked great with no issues. The kitchen was very nice and great for being able to cook meals as needed, and the outdoor deck and BBQ offered a nice place to sit and eat outside. The third bedroom/office is a pull out couch for sleeping, as was communicated prior to our booking. Overall a great experience and would recommend this house for a nice quiet stay in Springfield/Eugene area for sure.

This was a beautiful cozy place tucked in a very cute neighborhood! I would stay over and over again at this place.
