Prices all around Eugene were inflated because of the marathon and other events in town that wkd. Home was not worth the inflated price but the beds were comfortable so that was great. Would be an ok place at cheaper price

I had a crew of lineman stay at Nick's location off and on for several months. Our line of work can change at a moments notice and Nick was always accommodating. The home has plenty of space for your needs. It was clean and check in and out was super easy! Thank you, Nick! If we are in the area again we will make sure and stay with you!

The house was perfect size for our family as we were there to watch our son play football. (GO DUCKS!) There was plenty of space to seat 8at the two dinner tables and 4 at the kitchen bar. The beds were comfy! The views were fantastic! The only problem we had consisted of the stove top being accidentally turned on. We would gather and talk and if you slightly leaned on it, it would turn the burner on. But there is a lock and we just locked the stove top, and solved that issue. Over all had a great weekend and would def book again! Lots of great food places around!! Anywhere from food trucks, breakfast places, intimate dinner places.. it was great!

We paid a lot to stay here because it was UO parents weekend (with all fees $1000/night). Regardless of cost, we expected clean linens. One set of sheets was clearly used and never changed. The other set of sheets had stains on them. House and furniture are old/aging and it’s right near train tracks. You can hear the train whistle (loudly) day and night.

Had a great experience living here for several months, felt at peace and right at home! Needed to get away from big city energy and this home was the perfect place! Hosts were very helpful and responsive throughout our whole stay, thank you for everything!
