自我介绍

I feel lucky and spoiled to live in the beautiful state of Oregon. I had the pleasure of mentoring students at Lane Community College for 15 years in the Culinary Arts & Hospitality Management programs in the areas of event planning/execution, event marketing, sales, and gallery management. In addition to mentoring young adults, I LOVE building businesses. I'm an entrepreneur at heart and owned Moxie Events, Eugene's premier Event planning business where I planned, executed, and designed events all around the area. Through Moxie, I owned the Food Scene Eugene event which included Eugene's Iron Chef + Master Mixologist competitions. When Covid hit, I was lucky to get a covid contract assisting Portland area hospitals in setting up their drive through testing sites. I no longer plan events as I'm still involved with assisting hospitals. I also own Moxie Home Design where I stage homes going on the market and assist homeowners with interior design work. Last, we own two properties that we airbnb out. The Moxie Harris House and the Moxie Kincaid House. Beyond work and mentoring my own three young adult kiddos (who I'm so proud of!!), I have a love/passion of traveling the world (I've been to 43+ countries), working out (Eugene is Track Town USA), eating delicious/healthy-(ish) food and drinking amazing Oregon vino. :) If you are a foodie, I have great Food and Beverage recommendations and will leave a list at the Moxie house.
