The view was stunning! High ceilings with lots of natural light. Beautiful place near campus yet quiet and private. Close to restaurants and Hendricks park. The home was clean and organized. My teens forgot to pack their toothbrushes and those were provided in the bathroom. The pillows, bedding and mattress were so comfortable and soft in the Master bedroom. Great place to stay!
Great location. Unique house design, cozy and practical. Everyone in the group enjoyed the stay. Julia was always available and responsive, would definitely recommend.
We absolutely loved our stay. The location was perfect - close to campus but also close to trails, parks, restaurants, entertainment, and more. We loved catching sunsets on the deck and even saw turkeys and deers in the neighborhood. Looking forward to staying here again in the future!
Our stay at the Hummingbird House was so restful. It was a quiet and close to town and hiking spots. We can’t wait to stay again!
Definitely one of the top airbnbs I’ve ever stayed at. Was such a nourishing experience being here for a few days. Positioned close to everything in town yet quietly tucked in a neighborhood that borders a woodsy park and overlooks much. The natural light coming in from all the windows was amazing and house had such a cozy feel to it. Great price and superb responsiveness from Julia at any time I needed something. Would absolutely recommend this spot to others and I look forward to possibly returning again for another stay in the future

Hi! My name is Julia and I am excited to host you! My siblings and I love to travel and want to see as much of the world as we can. We have used Airbnb as guests and loved the idea of having a house to ourselves when we travel so we can cook, gather and live as if we are in a home away from home. As hosts, we intend to fill our Airbnb homes with things that we love, such as a unique tapestry from a vintage store or a pair of mid-century chairs we "borrow" from our own homes :) We want to create a space that feels like you could breathe there, an invitation to truly slow down so you can leave more restored and peaceful.
