The stay was close to beach and you could see a bit of the gulf from the front porch. Restaurants within walking distance. Was very close to all the boating excursions I booked at the harbor. Clean bed that was very comfortable. Parking was always available right out front. That being said.. the place felt a bit gross. Didn’t want to touch the floor, tub or use items from the kitchen. Purchased Lysol from cvs down the street to disinfect and I’m not the type to do something like that.. ever. But if you plan on staying out majority of your vacation then just book it the bed was 100% clean!! Just could use new rugs and a deep clean.

The listing advertised a washer and dryer and I booked this unit with the expectation that the items advertised were correct. There are some other features that are also not correct like the ocean and beach view and not being on the beach side of the street. Also, the ice maker was broken and a maintenance person showed up unannounced when I wasn’t fully dressed. After he checked around he told me that the ice maker couldn’t be fixed without moving the stove and refrigerator around that would be totally disruptive. Lastly, I was told that I would receive a 15% discount on my stay because of my inconveniences but to this day I have not received any refunds and unacceptable responses from Southern rental. I do not recommend renting with this company ever again.

The condo had everything we needed in a great location with a private beach. Everything we needed was within a couple of miles. the beach bar was nice as well!
