The place is nicely renovated with everything that you need for a short or long stay. Patrícia & Rui are really friendly and available if you need it. The flat is also calm.

Immaculate, nice design, great district. Great choice for short-term and mid-term staying (We stayed there for 1 month). The gym is 1 min from the apartment, the nearest supermarket is also 1 min. Beautiful parks around and not so far from the city centre (We almost didn't use public transport). Recommend!

Patricia was so helpful on arrival, explained everything well. Flat was virtually perfect, not a single complaint. We were delighted to use the well equipped kitchen a lot during our extended stay. There was coffee, paper products, soaps for hands dishes and laundry to get us started, clean linens, and the bathroom was ideal - the rain head/wand in the shower functions perfectly, one valve, with high pressure and roomy - the bathroom was immaculately CLEAN, as new! Firm bed was exactly to our liking, and the small terrace is comfy and quiet, to have coffee or to put out the drying rack for laundry. There is a mini split a/c in the bedroom AND in the main area, operated with 1 remote. As it was quite hot during our stay, that was ideal after a long day of walk the hills of Porto on foot. The short 6 minute walk past a a church/school leads the Marques metro and many bus lines operate from there. Highest possible recommendation. Professional hosts. A+ Thanks, P and R, from P and R!

I had a very comfortable long stay. The apartment doesn’t face the street so it is quiet. The location is perfect within 10-15 minute walking distance to the main tourist attraction’s . Bus stop and metro station is a short walk. I would highly recommend the apartment.
