Cute, cozy place - really loved it. Would have loved to stay longer. Great location. As I might be back in Barcelona sometime soon I will definitely try to book this apartment again.

Nice one bedroom apartment with a spacious balcony to sit out and chill. Top floor with lots of steps but has a small lift. Good location with a supermarket close by and Plaza Espana that has shops and restaurants. Not far from the metro to get around the city. Host is thoughtful and very responsive, kitchen had a bottle of water, coffee machine, kettle and tea bags. Good value for money, especially when a major trade show is on at the Fira.

Centrally located, walkable to downtown/old city, easy check in. Comfy bed. Would stay again.

The Reviews are accurate. A small but nice flat with a large private terrace up a few stairs. No particular good view, but large. Good kitchen, wifi and bathroom. Dishwasher but no washing machine. Iron but no ironing board (none found). Flat is on the top floor, with the typical small (and ancient) elevator which goes to Floor 5, then some stairs up to the top floor. The flat is quiet, with no street noise. The airconditioning works well to keep the flat cool. The system of using cell phone for access is a bit cumbersome, but one understands that this is could be an improvement over lost keys etc. Also, this system is easier than having to wait from someone to arrive, etc. Check out system didn't seem to work well for me (a scan of the QR on the door had no result), but the Numa system then sends a follow up method which did work. Some nice touches such as having some basics (coffee pods, sugar, water etc) upon arrival.
