Beautiful spacious and well appointed apartment in the center of Barcelona. We loved the big living room, the cathedral ceilings and the balconies overlooking the busy street and square Placa de Catalunya. The location could not be more central and walkable to the Gothic Quarter, shopping, metro.buses etc. Only complaint was the noisy street below but that stayed noisy into the wee hours- but that noise could not be heard from the back two bedrooms. Plenty of space for our group of 7 (4 adults and three kids who shared the room w two queens) and nice amenities in the bathrooms and kitchen. Requires three keys and the digital lock on first entry and only one set of actual keys- the digital only worked on two of the three doors. The outer door to the apt is shared with another apartment, and they keep that door locked due to burglar activity around town. It is not in any way a dangerous area or building but good to ensure the doors shut behind you as thieves are active. Great value!

Appartement incroyablement bien placé. Mal isolé donc un peu bruyant mais tellement central. L’accès a été un calvaire : les clés numériques fonctionnent très mal. Une des 3 portes n’a jamais pu s’ouvrir avec ces clés numériques. Nous avons du attendre que quelqu’un vienne nous ouvrir puis utiliser le seul jeu de clé physique. Un vrai point négatif pour un appartement parfait : grand, bien équipé, beau, bien placé…. Dommage.
