The location of the apartment was perfect for our needs. It was exactly as described. Quiet and charming and very much appreciated. We were walking distance to all of the things we wanted, as well as the T station so we were a quick ride to the things that were a bit further. The apartment itself was immaculate when we arrived. We were in town for college visits and I hope to be a repeat customer when she begins attending in the fall. Thank you very much Steven for your responsiveness before we even arrived from Texas. You were very helpful in making sure we weren't lost! :)

Our experience at this Airbnb was flawless - no issues whatsoever. The value for the price was excellent, and the location next to Kenmore station made exploring the city a breeze.

Pros: great place, good, walkable neighborhood. Within striking distance of a lot to see. All as advertised. Cons: Party house out back with undergrads playing loud music/drinking/smoking. Overall: if the possibility of party noise won’t bother you, book this. It’s nice and in a beautiful neighborhood.

The place is absolutely beautiful and furnished nicely. Super clean!! I would go back … I happened to be there on 2 unseasonably warm days before the AC units were put in. There were some really great fans in the closet to use… However, it was still pretty warm. Mother Nature’s fault… not the host’s. ☀️ Just something to inquire about based on the time of year you’re planning to visit.
