We had a wonderful time. Great location with food/shops in walking distance. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The pool/pool deck was beautiful and so fun for our group of 14! Customer service was extremely friendly and responsive. Loved that there weren’t a ton of closing duties!

The house was wonderful and in the PERFECT location!! Just a block off the beach and an EASY walk to the beach. Several great restaurants just a few minutes walk away (you have to try the Key Lime Piña Colada at Red Fish Tacos!), but also a pretty short drive (10-15 minutes) to Shunk Gulley Oyster Bar (get a Bushwacker with the Skrewball floater!) to the west and Old Florida Fish House (FANTASTIC food) to the east. Great size pool and pool area with all day sun! Southern Vacation Rentals was very responsive and answered all our questions. One thing to note: the full kitchen/living area is on the very top floor, which isn’t ideal, but definitely not a deal breaker. We would stay here again! Great value!

This house was perfect! Super easy walk to the beach & a few great restaurants (I recommend CGK & Blue Mountain Bakery for breakfast for sure!). Covered awning for parking. More amenities were provided than mentioned in the listing which was great! Great pool area. Bathrooms were a bit small for getting ready if you're a big group of girls, but our group of 14 made it work! Comfy & spacious beds. We did 3 deep in a few of the kings and no one was crammed. Hosts were very responsive. We had a pest issue and they responded promptly and had pest control come out and spray. Wonderful balconies. I will say walking up 3 flights of stairs was a workout lol Whoever is staying on the third floor, pack light! A bar area on the 1st floor was great for easy access from the pool Would highly recommend!

Showed up to find a cigarette sitting right by the entrance. Cleaning service did not do a very good job. Place overall was pretty good. Lots of stairs. Great location. Would be awesome if it had a golf cart.

The place was amazing, private pool, plenty space for everyone. Nice patio for morning coffee. Just prefect. would definitely recommend this place everyone.
