We rented Christopher’s home for our wedding weekend in my hometown! He let us check in early and check out late and he was very responsive. The house exceeded our expectations, even better and bigger than the photos! We got so many compliments and it made our weekend! Thank you for everything, Christopher! This is a MUST RENT!!!!

This house is a perfect, quick getaway from NYC. The views are amazing from every angle and room. We loved sitting outside on the outdoor porch, watching all the boats go by, and taking naps while listening to the ocean waves! The house is spacious and has everything you need. Chris was incredibly responsive, answering my messages within seconds/minutes. He was also very polite and respectful of our privacy by asking in advance if it was okay to have someone come by to check out the boat on the dock. You will not be disappointed with this house! Thanks for everything, Chris!

The house is amazing to say the least. Its probably better in person. Chris contacted us daily and tried to make sure we had everything we needed. Its at the beginning of LI so its not far from NYC. That being said, while youre there you feel like youre no where near NYC. Perfect for a quick getaway.

Chris was a gracious and kind host. We were at his house for an extended stay due to an emergency, and he, and his house, helped to bring some peace and tranquility to our lives during a tumultuous time. This may be a "summertime" home, but between the breathtaking views and the heated floors in practically every room, this house has a lot to offer in the winter as well.
