房东很热情，房间很干净！公共场合很漂亮！要是隔音效果好一点就更好了

PROS: - The biggest pro I can communicate is that the host was so responsive and attentive. Every time I brought up a concern or problem they were prompt to address it. The host was always available. Their customer service is key. - The building is great and so close to the heart of the city. Barely a walk away from a subway station, it was so easy to get anywhere. And it looks just like the photos! I loved the location and the amenities. CONS: - One of the big draws of this apartment for me was the cleaning services. The idea of daily cleaning was a big deal to me. At best, the apartment was wiped down every couple of days. With several women living there, there were a lot of stray hairs clogging the bathroom/shower, and on the floor. There were spills left on the counter, floor, and bathroom that were there for several days. I don't have another con. This apartment was great and I enjoyed my time there, but their cleaning service was not as comprehensive as I expected or wanted.

Buona zona per spostarsi,camera piccola ma pulita e curata come gli spazi comuni dove i dettagli sono molto curati. Apprezzata la macchina del caffè e i biscotti sempre a disposizione. L'host risponde velocemente ai messaggi e in modo chiaro e gentile Lo consiglio

What was a generally good city stay was made even better by the positive response by management to some suggestions we made. They thanked us for our comments and took immediate action to make some minor changes - we were impressed by such a genuinely positive attitude and would certainly recommend them. Indeed we’d be happy to stay there again - the description of the property was spot-on, cleaning and general maintenance were carried out very efficiently, and the location is fine. Well done!
