Fantastic place to stay! The area was so conveniently close to everything we wanted to do! I loved the proximity to restaurants and shops. There was never a need to drive! Lovely neighborhood. The home was also comfortable and clean. I would stay here again for sure!

Perfect location, only a half a block away from shops and restaurants. Exactly where I wanted to be. There is a 24 hour taco shop across the street and they use an outdoor PA to announce when orders are ready, but it wasn't too annoying until the weekend at around 3 a.m. The bar a block in front of the house stayed loud and rowdy until closing time on the weekend. if you are looking for a quiet place, this is during the week, but weekends are pretty loud...and that is fine because I wanted to be in the mix of shops and fun places! It is an adorable house with a wonderful covered patio out back. I found the King bed to be exceptionally hard and uncomfortable, but I had Walmart deliver a 3 inch memory foam mattress topper and that worked great. They had a king, queen, and 2 twin beds to pick from, so you can find a bed that is comfortable (I just wanted the big one). The only issue was that I had to dry dishes when I got there as they were in the dishwasher soaking wet. Loved it.

Great stay and excellent host. Excellent location. It is close to so many shops and seems like a very cute area. The Thai restaurant across the street is excellent too! Can get a little loud at night, since you are near to so many places but it is not too loud. If you bring a sound machine like we did, to drown out the extra noise, that should be enough to mask the random night noises. We would stay there again!!

The location of this property is the best I could ever imagine. We were traveling as a family and have a baby with us, and the area was perfect to explore and walk around with our baby in a stroller. There were lots of food, music and shopping options. We also appreciated the parking space, and the backyard. The house was stocked with everything promised on the listing, and the bathrooms and sheets were fresh and clean. There was, however, a strong smell when we entered the house, and the floors were rather dusty. There was an ample supply of cleaning materials, so we did a little freshening up before settling in. The kitchen’s cookware were rather beaten up and the creamer provided was expired, same as other stuff that were provided in the cupboards (which weren’t promised anyway, so we went ahead and bought our own for our stay). Overall, the downsides weren’t a dealbreaker because we were truly there for the location, but we would have appreciated the house more with better upkeep
