Erica was extremely responsive to any messages I sent. She was also helpful and and friendly. The property was a perfect location - right next to WKU’s campus! The only full bathroom was EXTREMELY small, especially for the three people in our group. You walk right into the sink when opening the door, so just be prepared for that. Others mentioned the train being an issue, but it really didn’t bother us. Our only negative feedback would be that the living room really didn’t have comfortable seating for 3+ people, and the kitchen only provided one mug (which is strange if the listing says it accommodates for 5 people). If you are looking for somewhere to strictly just to sleep and get ready, this property will fit your needs. If you are wanting to cook dinner/entertain or have your family comfortably sit together in the living room, I would say to look into other places. It seemed a little overpriced for how small the place was.

Erica was very responsive. Unfortunately the listing did not clearly state how close to several train crossings the apartment is. The walls are also quite thin so we heard everyone on the street and nextdoor. The biggest issue was the train as it sounds it's horn at every crossing because there are no automatic lights and safety arms. I think they are sounding at peak decibel which doesn't help either. We worked from home but it interrupted meetings. The worst part was not being able to sleep as it sounded at least three times during the night for several honks (midnight, 0200&0500). We stayed as long as we could but ended up booking another spot a full week left on our reservation. When we notified Erica she started she would not refund any money even though we left with 7days left of the booking and paid thousands of dollars toward the stay. This was a bummer for us. However, that's how they decided to run their business. Responsive but overall low quality unless you don't sleep.
