This property is near a great walkable neighborhood near the main square. We enjoyed the location very walkable. Wayne’s place was super clean and comfortable. It had all we needed for our stay. Thanks Wayne we had a wonderful stay.

Wayne's place was very nice. We took our grandchildren to visit Mammoth Caves and surrounding attractions. We did not realize that the apartment was on the second floor with no elevator but the steps had non-slip vinyl covering so that made the climb more secure. The apartment itself was delightful: 2 upholstered chairs in the living room along with sofa and large upholstered ottoman. The decor was pleasant and Wayne supplied lots of games for the family. Two of the bedrooms were spacious (1-king, 1-queen) and the 3rd bedroom was a cozy alcove with a double bed and mattress in the coved area. The location was in old Bowling Green near Western Kentucky University. The immediate area around the apartment seemed safe but we did not walk around at all. Parking was very convenient and on the premises. The kids played basketball at the indoor recreation center for no cost to us. They loved it! Even though the weather was rainy and severe at times, our stay was very pleasant.

Second time staying here and very pleased. Host is very responsive. Place is very spacious and clean. Will be continuing to stay here every visit!
