Brand new home on Nolin Lake (Spring 2023) with gorgeous views of one of the nicest coves on the lake. Walls of windows toward lake from main and lower level. Sliding doors to deck with fireplace and large TV, including outdoor dining and living furniture. Weber Grill station (propane provided) at other end of deck. Large dining table in kitchen area. Lower level has walkout to patio and corn hole area. Access to nearby neighborhood walking trail. Less than 30 min to Cave City. Professionally decorated with 5 bedrooms and 4 full baths. Four bedrooms have mounted TVs. Arcade area in lower level (Golden Tee and Pac Man Plus). Loft area has a tv with a Nintendo Switch available for guests use. Great room on main and lower levels have a sectional sofa for additional sleeping areas.

We had such a wonderful and peaceful stay at this beautiful home! It was only a short walk to the lake and had plenty of room for our group of 9. We felt right at home! The only complaint I have is that there were no cleaning supplies that we saw and we had to go and buy paper towels and soap as there was very little there to begin with. The host was kind and very responsive. Would definitely recommend and stay here again

We had a great time! Home was beautiful and perfectly laid out!! The back porch was the perfect spot to hang with an amazing view!

GORGEOUS home with beautiful decor and stunning kitchen! The host was incredible, so responsive, and easy to chat with. When I had mentioned to her it was for a girls trip she went as far to leave a game out that she thought we would enjoy (which we did). Absolutely loved this home on the lake.
