Beautiful home, amazing view, private fishing dock, Bluetooth speaker, heated toilet seat. Would definitely rent again. The stay was phenomenal.

Perfect stay for a girls’ trip! What a beautiful old home with incredible views! Swiveling the chairs in the living room around to watch the incredible sunsets was particularly enjoyable.

Kevin’s Osprey’s Reach property was the perfect location for a much-needed relaxing girl’s get-away. The property is amazing and the sweeping views of the water absolutely breathtaking! Kevin was very easy to communicate with as was Kate who couldn’t have been more welcoming and accommodating as our co-host. I plan to return for another longer weekend during the warmer months when we can take advantage of lounging outside near the pool. I would not hesitate to recommend a stay at Osprey’s Reach. It was money well spent!

We had a great time with friends at Kevin’s place. It’s a beautiful location overlooking the Chesapeake bay. The house is historic and charming but we found it to be very dusty. There were cobwebs within all light fixtures, dust balls around the furniture, and our socks were black from walking around. This was disappointing for the price paid. When mentioned, the caretakers did offer to come clean though we declined as we already had our belongings throughout the home. Overall, with some additional cleaning, great place.
