The living and dining open space with a charming electric fireplace and contemporary décor. Colors are serene and neutral, and comfort is the standard. Large windows flood the space with natural light. The Chester Delight is fully equipped to be your home-away-from-home. The kitchen is furnished with stainless steel appliances, and, of course, all you need for coffee each morning! Enjoy your meals together around the dining room table. With four bedrooms and 2 full and 1 half baths, there’s space to comfortably accommodate 12 people. There are two levels in the house connected with a staircase. The primary bedroom is on the second level and features a queen bed and an ensuite bath. The second and third bedrooms are on the second level and share a hall full bath. There is main living area with a queen sofa sleeper, dining, and kitchen on the second level. On the first level, the fourth bedroom offers a queen bed and a queen sofa sleeper and an ensuite half bath. To accommodate our most sensitive guests, we have opted to create an allergen-free environment. This means there are no carpeting in our bedrooms, our pillows and blankets are hypoallergenic, our water is filtered (Charger Iron Breaker III filtration system supplies the whole house) & air duct system was cleaned in December 2022. This is also pet and smoking free house. The outdoor amenities are just as spectacular, with a deck offering a lounge area with a firepit, perfect for an evening of stargazing and a glass of wine. The backyard features pavestone patio with a spacious and comfortable lounge area. The driveway and garage are available for parking and accommodate in total 4-6 cars. While the road to our home is not a highway there is some traffic noise though.
