Having stayed in luxury hotels and many Airbnb's, if I could give Linda & Hank 100 stars, I would. The property is amazing, beautiful and a slice of heaven on Kent Island. Linda and Hank offer every amenity with great attention to every detail. They are so incredibly nice, gracious, charming and the ultimate hosts. I was there for my daughter's wedding and I feel so fortunate to have found this charming cottage that has become one of my favorite places. Thank you so much, Linda & Hank, for sharing your warmth, gorgeous home and property!

Hank and Linda's place was even better than the photos - so clean and organized, very private and in the most sublime location. We were in the area for a wedding, but hardly left the property because it was so relaxing - sitting on the dock, swimming in the pool, or just reading on the sweet upstairs deck off our living room. The hosts were so kind, available by text whenever we had a question, and they recommended some great restaurants nearby. We didn't want to leave, it's worth every penny!!!

We had an idyllic few days during a blazing hot spell. The pool is beautiful and we hung out there a lot before going out to find a cold beverage and delectable see food. We took our dog with us, and she loved romping around the property, though she failed to spot the deer and geese in the yard. Thanks, Linda and Hank!

We highly recommend staying at Linda and Hank’s place! I’m not one that usually writes reviews, but our vacation at their guest house blew away our expectations. Our kids loved all the amenities (bikes, toys, kayaks, pool and golf cart to name a few). The guest house was incredibly clean and provided countless ways to be entertained and relaxed. Linda and Hank go above and beyond to make sure you have an amazing stay while respecting your privacy. This is an awesome place with awesome hosts.
