Beach access and Pools open! Seawall repairs finishing up! Recently remodeled with stunning views of the ocean, this corner unit condo is located on the no-drive section of NSB! Two pools (one heated Jan-Feb) two kiddie pools, & a spacious beach deck w/plenty of room for lounging. Perfect for families! Amenities include Keurig or drip coffee maker for the brew of your choice, a fully equipped kitchen including wine cooler, two bedrooms, two full baths, high speed internet, cable tv in living room & master bedroom, king size bed in the master suite with direct views of the oceanfront! Second bedroom offers a Queen bed plus a day bed with trundle to accommodate a family of 6. Bringing the little ones? We have you covered with sand toys, boogie boards, beach chairs, a sun umbrella, towels & cooler. Pack n play available for infants!

Great week in this beachfront condo. No complaints or problems. Had everything listing said. Felt safe and secure. Weather was great. Pool - the heated one - was enjoyed as was the beach. Even with the construction of the new sea wall, all was well. We actually enjoyed guessing when the workmen would show up and how long they would work. Hope they set this done soon, but work is slow. Will come back. Highly recommend Beyond the Waves bike rentals - delivered and picked up at the condo - able to ride on the beach all week.

Just an hour east of Orlando attractions, minutes from Daytona and a short drive to Canaveral Seashore, New Smyrna Beach has something for everyone and is the perfect destination for a beach vacation!
We have only one designated parking spot for the unit. Parking pass must be displayed in windshield. Additional vehicles cannot be accommodated due to seawall equipment on site.
