Mauricio’s house is clean, well decorated and in good location. We stayed for three nights and had an awesome New Year countdown at Plaça d'Espanya. It’s just 12-minute walk away the house. And it takes ab 25-30 min to walk to Casa Milà and Casa Batlló (central ). If you travel by plane, the aerobus stop is only 3 min on foot. Mauricio and Tomeu are very friendly and considerate hosts. Before I arrived they gave me lots of useful information about the transportation and restaurants. Although the bedroom is not so big, it’s a great choice to explore Barcelona. Highly recommend!!

Mauricio’s place was really comfortable and super clean! He replied my messages so quickly which made me feel relieved. I strongly recommend this place.

Mauricio's place has a very strategic location, pretty close to all you might need: old town, metro station, airport bus station, traffic hubs such as plaza España and Cataluña. Mauricio was very positive and nice to us, very easy to communicate with and was fast in replying messages. He welcomed us with a small refreshment and allow us to stay a bit longer until our plane departure in the afternoon. I highly recommend Mauricio and his place :-).

Mauricio war super freundlich, hilfsbereit und unkompliziert. Er hat auf jede Nachricht innerhalb kürzester Zeit geantwortet und uns Tipps gegeben. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt und würden auf jeden Fall wieder Hakuuna Matata buchen :)
