Ioska's House is located in Mestia, in a 20-minute walk from Museum of History and Ethnography and 3-minute walk from Mikhail Khergiani House Museum. Free Wi-Fi throughout the property, dining area and free parking on-site. You can find a beautiful forest behind our house. Enjoy our charming and beautiful Svanetian Towers view from every room of the property. This Property in not accessible and/or suitable for disability people. We are happy to welcome travelers from all over the world in our beautiful house. Ioska's House offers accommodation up to 14 guests. The two rooms were placed on the entrance floor, the rest five rooms were on the upper floor. In our big courtyard you can find a gathering spaces, where our guests can enjoy a BBQ party or just share stories to each other in the summer and winter evenings.

Locals speak Georgian and Svan (local language), people older than 35 normally speak decent Russian, younger people are likely to know a little English. There are also several souvenir shops in Mestia where you can buy and stamp post-cards, try on Svan hats and get Svan salt, excellent honey, magnets, and all the usual small gifts of the kind.
Dear guests you can get to Ioska's House by the car or taxi. Parking area is on-site an is free of charge.
