The house was in a great location for bicycling in and near Jim Thorpe. Also, close to Blue Mt. Resort where we attended a family wedding. Kerwyn did not respond very quickly to messages or calls (which he specifically told me to call that he would respond quickly). There are a few amenities that are stated that are not useable. Fire pit had no wood (which is fine but should state so) and the bottom was rotted and was not useable anyway. Grill was not working properly and had only high heat. No coffee pot. Bath towels were no larger than a bathmat and not very nice quality for what you pay. Hot tub is actually the jetted tub in the master bathroom. There should be a notebook of some kind that gives you instruction to what to do when you arrive and depart. Also, how to work the thermostat and which one actually works. How the TV system works. We did enjoy our weekend with family and your house was clean and has the potential to be an awesome destination with a few changes

Great country home, felt very relaxed and comfortable, just like being at home. Very clean and up to date, great host, very responsive and helpful.
