Amazing stay at the place!! Stayed there for 2 weeks. Fantastic staff: very helpful, always promptly responded to all the requests and inquiries, very friendly!!! Even though it is not a hotel, they provided cleaning every day, restocked coffee/creamers, dish soap, toilet paper, etc. A big pleasant surprise was that they delivered a jug of clean water to drink for free. For a price paid, all of this was, again, a big and pleasant surprise. In the end, the owners even gave us a lift to the Harbour. Area is great too: very close to the beach, restaurants, supermarket, ATM, and gift shops. Transportation anywhere available through the App. Great beach; however, be mindful of high and low tides because Sanur beach is possible to normally swim in during and around the high tides only. Will I recommend this stay? Absolutely yess!

Facile d’accès, moi j’ai pas osé ouvrir le portail, donc j’ai attendu devant. Mais apparemment à Bali tu ouvres tu rentres. Arrivée et sortie autonome donc très pratique

Endroit à la fois proche de la plage et d'une rue animée, tout en restant un logement calme. La chambre est spacieuse, avec un coin cuisine équipé, penderie et bureau. La communication avec Eka est fluide et rapide. Nous remercions aussi grandement Enik, employée de maison, pour la qualité de ses services et sa disponibilité, elle est très professionnelle.

Students place. Location is great, price is great, it was clean, bed was comfy and the staff was helpfull. Now to the disapointments: - owner was sharing private information about other vistiors (strange), - owner did not react to my requests to fix the Internet Connection which was terrible or simply not working half of the time (for Bali - unacceptable - especially if you work remotly). - shower was rarely warm not to mention hot, minimal presure, stuck shower head / toilet hose broke out of rust and flooded the bathroom, - AC dripping right in front of your entrance to each room. This place simply needs maintanance. Improve contact with visitors. If you are on a budget, it's not terrible. Would I return? - NOPE.
