Federica’s place is identical to the photos. It’s in a very peaceful neighbourhood. Everything was perfect. Federica is the best, highly recommend.
The place is nice, peaceful and very clean. Overall I enjoyed my stay there however I was highly disappointed with Federica's (host) dishonesty. During my stay she tried to change the conditions of my stay by trying to charge additional £10 per night for any visitor I had. She said that such information was included in the condition of the rent , which was a blatant lie. The information was actually added to her add on Airbnb after she texted me on my 3rd morning in her place , when my friend stayed overnight. Luckily , I had a screenshots of the ad from before and after , which clearly did not have that information. When i confronted Federica with evidence she made up a story of having 2 different ads for the place , one which included the info about a guest charge and one without (which again was a lie). After consideration (initially i was going to ignore the issue) I decided to share the above so the other users are aware. Silly and childish behaviour.
The listing was exactly as described, very clean and comfortable, great place to stay if you’re looking for somewhere with a en-suite bath and don’t expect to be cooking. The water pressure in the shower was low and yes you can hear the neighbours but these are not really big issues. Would recommend and would use again.
Small but comfortable apartment, very nice would stay again.

Dear Guest and Dear Host my name is Federica, I come from Italy, exactly from the beautiful island of Sardinia. I was born in Alghero, a touristic village overlooking the Mediterranean see. I arrived in London in 2011 for a University Project called Erasmus Placement, and after that I decided to stay permanently in UK to build my life and my career. Dealing with the last part of my studies, I realised how important the Art World is for me. Being educated from my early age to the love for artistic creation and also inspired by the poetic painting of my grandfather Giovanni Cadeddu, I am more and more close to the Art World and its endless possibilities. Theatre and art world in general are my passion. I love reading, painting and listening to music. I'm graduated in Communication Sciences and Journalism and in 2013 I achieved my Master Degree in Performing Arts Science and Multimedia Video Production. I have an outgoing, approachable, friendly and positive personality. Since January 2014 I am a mother of a beautiful baby boy and an adorable baby girl arrived in our family on September 2015. We welcomed our new baby arrival on September 2019. I am married to the father of my children, his name is Ken and he is my soul mate and inspiration for my life style and way to be.
