It was nice, the place was comfortable and easy to locate.
A beautiful new style room and bathroom with easy links to the M25
Perfect if you want to just get away and chill. The very easy to access via car I’m not sure about public transport. Check in was smooth as there is a lock box. Pictures are exactly how the property looks only problems were 1. Leakey shower which can easily be fixed with some sealant and 2. The walls are really thin so if your planning to have a lay in forget about it as the property attached to the studio has a family and you can hear everything word for word. There was a lot of banging of plates and pots so I couldn’t sleep despite being able to check out late. Overall I would stay again if needed.
Frederica’s property was just as described and conveniently located. It’s great that it came with a parking spot too as travelling by a car in that area is ideal. However if you don’t have a car, the train station is a short 7 minutes walk and links into London. The property itself allows for privacy as it has its own entrance. It is not a 100% sound proof, however the footstep sounds didn’t disturb me. I felt at peace there and it’s a neat little studio. I would stay there again.

Dear Guest and Dear Host my name is Federica, I come from Italy, exactly from the beautiful island of Sardinia. I was born in Alghero, a touristic village overlooking the Mediterranean see. I arrived in London in 2011 for a University Project called Erasmus Placement, and after that I decided to stay permanently in UK to build my life and my career. Dealing with the last part of my studies, I realised how important the Art World is for me. Being educated from my early age to the love for artistic creation and also inspired by the poetic painting of my grandfather Giovanni Cadeddu, I am more and more close to the Art World and its endless possibilities. Theatre and art world in general are my passion. I love reading, painting and listening to music. I'm graduated in Communication Sciences and Journalism and in 2013 I achieved my Master Degree in Performing Arts Science and Multimedia Video Production. I have an outgoing, approachable, friendly and positive personality. Since January 2014 I am a mother of a beautiful baby boy and an adorable baby girl arrived in our family on September 2015. We welcomed our new baby arrival on September 2019. I am married to the father of my children, his name is Ken and he is my soul mate and inspiration for my life style and way to be.
