The apartment is well located and is close to all amenities. We've booked it last minute and the host was super reactive and gave us everything we needed in an hour (baby cot and high chair). The flat is super nice and very well decorated

Upon check in we were offered the upgraded room which consisted of 3 bedrooms instead of 2 in the original room we booked. The manager insisted it is the same exact type of unit but 1 more room. It was a no brainer for us to accept so we can use the 3rd bedroom for luggage storage. In this upgraded room there was NO balcony, was only a TV in the main bedroom and living room. The room we originally booked stated that there are TV’s in every room! Washer worked but the dryer needed 3-4 cycles to partially dry clothes! Only half of electrical plugs worked, no ironing board as advertised, no slippers/bathrobes as stated in the listing. Everything I’m complaining about, the listing stated that these amenities were going to be present. Both bathrooms had dirty grout throughout the shower and tiling. My daughter didn’t want to shower barefoot she insisted on wearing her sandals! Overall, this place wasnt as advertised. We were double charged for airport ride as well. No rooftop bar either.

My recent stay was a truly great experience. The host was accommodating and ensured that all of my needs were met for a comfortable visit. The cleanliness of the space was impeccable, and amenities were provided for a hassle-free stay. Communication was clear and prompt, which made the entire process smooth from check-in to check-out. I would certainly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a restful retreat.
