We all felt very comfortable here. The house was fun and beautiful. We loved the huge kitchen and living room which opened up to a large dining area which opened up to a large pool area.

We had a large family spring break with 20 guests ranging from 1yr to 70yr! The house the clean, the host was responsive within minutes and we had a great stay. The kids had plenty to do and loved the movie theater room, play shed and swing set. Three of the bedrooms were warm and we needed fans but they had them onsite. There was a full length window with mirrored covering in one bathroom that was fine during the day but see through at night, we ended up buying a blackout sheet and taped it up. One window is missing in the play room but the door locks to the interior of the house so we felt safe. Overall, it was a really great stay and I would recommend this property for a large group.

The house was as described and they did what many Airbnb’s don’t and that is provided enough of seating, dishes, glassware, linens etc. the kitchen had plenty of pots pans & gadgets to make nice meals. The beds & pillows were very comfortable. There was plenty of space for all of us to sit, spend time together and have private space. The large dining table that had glass doors to close it off was great for cards & games after the littles went to bed. The pool was clean & heated to a good temp. I do wish they could have been a bit more accommodating for a 2 hr early entrance (it was Christmas and we all had so much stuff and arriving at different times). The pool area could use some up keep, landscaping, the upper outer deck had no lighting so we couldn’t use it in the evening. But above all, the house did a great job of keeping our family of 19 busy & comfortable.

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was great. The pool had black algae. The pool guy assured us it was safe, but we didn’t swim in it for 3 days before we spoke with him.

This home is beautiful and spacious. The bedrooms were wonderful. We used this house as a gathering place for a family reunion. The home offered lots of options to entertain adults and kids alike...theater, pool, 18 person dining table, play & game areas. Quiet neighborhood. Plenty of beach towels provided. We didn't fully understand the parking limitations which quickly resulted in multiple notifications from the Security Team regarding cars parked on the street and more than 4 cars in the driveway. There is room in the driveway for 6 cars. We learned the 4 car limit is a city policy for rental properties and is strictly enforced by the Security Team-no exceptions. The neighborhood residents aren't held to these limitations so it's confusing to rental guests. It put a damper on festivities knowing we were being watched and the cameras were unnerving. 4 CAR LIMIT! There's enough beds for 24, but the guest limit is 16, not 16+. Communication with management was open and professional.
