The room has everything you could need for a short and long term stay. The location is great, being very close to the BTS station which takes you into the central areas. You also have a small shopping centre (Sena Fest) less than a 5 minute walk away which is great to grab a meal, coffee or groceries. Steven and his Dad were great hosts and responded very quickly when I needed to contact them. Thanks again and I hope to stay again next year!

Sam and Steven’s condo was phenomenal. The best Airbnb I stayed at so far. Everything was exactly as shown in the pictures and super clean from top to bottom. The space really allowed me to feel at home while also exploring Bangkok, Thailand. They have been super responsive and helpful in making sure I was taken care of throughout my stay. I appreciate their hospitality very much.

Hosts are very hospitality, Thank you! :) pros: Good location, sercurely, amazing swimming pool and gym. furniture and tableware look new. wi-fi (good enough) and working area present. cons: The bed is near the window that looks on the highway, so it's very noisy. No cleaning stuff (mops,vacuum). No extra bedding. Our total utility bills was 150$.

Thank you so much for your hospitality! We stayed in this apartment for 42 days and want to thank Sam's family. We felt right at home! We had no trouble finding a home at the time of check in. We were met by a friendly family who showed us the apartment and all the amenities in the condo. We were lucky enough to be the second one to book the condo. The apartment is clean, bright (sometimes overdone) and well equipped. Great internet and workspace. This is the coolest condo in terms of price to quality. On the top floor there is a large and clean pool, nice gym with great views of the city and most importantly a clean sauna! Of course it has a negative point that the condominium is close to a busy roadway. Keep in mind that twice a day on the road near the house there is a traffic jam. Often in these traffic jams are emergency vehicles with sirens! This is a disadvantage that you must be aware of!
