Our stay at the cozy cottage was wonderful. The hosts were easy to communicate with, and made our stay thoroughly enjoyable. Thank you for allowing us into your beautiful home! This home also is a great location to Suttons Bay and the surrounding vineyards.

Very nice home 1.3 miles from Starry Night Wedding Barn (our reason for selecting this home). Very clean and nice. A little standing water in the basement which was probably due to the extraordinary rain a few days earlier, which left a faint musty smell. Faye, the Liaison was EXCELLENT! A Cidery is 1/2 mile up the road, and wineries close by. It was a nice experience.

Location is great for visiting surrounding towns. The house is also in a pretty private location. The cleanliness and condition of the home when we arrived was not acceptable. We spent the beginning of the trip cleaning the home ourselves due to how dirty it was. The sheets appeared to not have been washed, the floor was very dirty as if it was not swept or mopped. There were stains on the linens, towels, shower curtain, etc. There was trash in the bathroom and coffee/coffee grounds in the coffee pot from the previous visitors. Large ants were in the home as well. I was in communication with the property host the entire time and waiting for a cleaning fee refund at the very least. It's been 2 weeks since our trip and no communication has been received even after I followed up with questions. We, unfortunately, will not be staying here again or using Evolve in the future.
