7 Packenham has become our absolute "go to" spot when we visit New Orleans but this time we also brought our adult daughter and the house was PERFECT! So much better than crowding all of us into a hotel room. She had her own bedroom and bath - with three of us the kitchen and full size refrigerator was wonderful and the laundry so helpful! (Thank you, Jeff, for providing laundry detergent!) We love to walk and the neighborhood is SOOO walkable and in such a great location; safe, sidewalks, and the historic battlefield just three blocks away. We were visiting family for the Easter Holiday and our three year old granddaughter loved coming over to ride her tiny bike in the fenced in outdoor deck area just off the kitchen. It may be an AirBnB to us, but to her it's "Grandpa Ken's House." Thank you for another wonderful stay.

We had some nasty flight delays but Jeff worked with us and it was wonderful to arrive to a clean and comfortable stay. Fantastic location, really close to every thing in Chalmette, but also an easy drive into the French Quarter and we SO appreciated having our own laundry. Easy, off street parking, charming porch and front entry, even a deck area and outdoor grill. A great value!

House was just as described has everything you need for a short or extended stay. Host is accommodating as we had extended our trip multiple times. We will be staying at this location next time we come down.
