Overall content with our stay. The only issue was not being informed that a party was taking place on the property the same day as our reservation until we got there. Owner was apologetic. The location didn’t feel as private as I would’ve hoped, but for the purpose of our visit it was fine. Having access to a pool was a big selling point for us, but the weather was a little too cold in the late afternoon when we decided to use it. Knowing what I know now it if wasn’t looking for a more private getaway I probably wouldn’t stay, but ifI need a place to stay for the night after a long day of traveling I’d give it a 10/10.

This was our 5th visit, we consider it our Mississippi home away from home. It's always spotless and well-supplied. Beautiful tranquil surroundings as well. We especially enjoyed relaxing in the rocking chairs poolside, taking in the sunset over the lake and listening to the geese honk. We always plan our trips around this special spot. Loved loved this space. Extremely clean, comfortable, quiet, and felt so homey. Perfect spot to stay, has everything you could possibly need. Denise is so thoughtful in organizing and stocking her guesthouse. Can’t wait for my next visit to the area.

This guest house was everything we had hoped for. We will be back the next time we visit Memphis. We were also entertained by the warm weather and clear starry skies while swinging by the pool in the evening. Our strong recommendation! Many thanks to the hostess
