Our group decided not to even stay at this AirBnB after someone from our party arrived first and checked it out. Even prior to our arrival, the host sent an outlandish list of “dont’s” AFTER with no refund option which did not sit well with any of us. (and the check out rules were just as bad in our opinion). No pictures of the outside should've been a dead giveaway to not reserve here. This was a trailer with a shack behind it and about 6 other trailers on the street. Excessive cameras and an extension cord running from the main trailer to the back one like the owner or someone lived there. A cleaning closet wasn't accessible to clean anything if you needed to and if you tried to open the door it would be a 250$fine per the sign on the door. There is more to mention but overall the rules and surveillance was excessive, we didn't feel safe and it didn't work for us so we stayed elsewhere.

Springbreak vacation for the kids & I we enjoy Everything. The house was beautiful and clean, very peaceful neighborhood. Less than 7min away from stores & restaurants. We will be back again

Corderro was very clear on check in, guest rules, available ammeneties and what was expected at check out. There were no issues and the place was comfortable.

Very clean and newly remodeled home. Host was very responsive to all questions and concerns. The home was very affordable and even had a few snacks for us when we arrived. I would definitely use this host again.
