Evansville · 整套出租单元 · 1室1床1.0卫 · 可住3人 · Victorian Guesthouse on 1st Street
This one-bedroom / one-bathroom apartment features high ceilings and exposed brick and is attached to your host’s home - a Victorian townhouse on one of Evansville’s historic cobblestone streets. Enjoy easy self-check-in and a location that is centrally located near Riverside Drive, Downtown Evansville, and Haynie’s Corner neighborhoods. The Ford Center, Bally’s Casino, and many of Evansville’s best restaurants and bars are all a short walk away. The apartment has a fully stocked kitchen connected to a small living room area. The couch is long enough for most adults to sleep on, and we can provide extra sheets if that’s your plan. The bedroom has a queen bed and dedicated workspace. The mattress is a firm pillowtop with a removable 3-inch foam “featherbed” mattress topper, which is our best attempt to satisfy as many preferences as possible. We want you to sleep well, so we always use 100% cotton sheets and offer four different types of pillows. We can also provide an air purifier and/or a humidifier if that’s your jam.
Absolutely everything we wanted in an AirBnB! Such a charming, clean space with little extra touches! We asked about an early check in and they were very accommodating with our request. Perfect location to be close to everything downtown. 5 star stay all the way around!
Anna’s apartment was the perfect place to stay in Evansville. Inside a Victorian house, it is very nicely decorated, clean and charming. Lots of natural light through the skylights. The bed and pillows are super comfortable. Very Quiet.
This was a lovely place to stay! The area was cute and the hosts were responsive to questions. I would definitely stay again if I am ever in the area.
There’s no better place to feel the presence of Evansville’s founding fathers than in the Riverside Neighborhood. The mature trees and brick streets in this nationally recognized preservation district frame the majestic homes bearing the names of those who made Evansville great. Bosse, Koch, Stockwell, Garvin, all built here, but none are more prominent than the Reitz Home. Built in 1871, it’s known nationally as one of the finest examples of French Second Empire architecture. The quality and variety of architectural styles, from Mid Century Modern, Italianate, Colonial Revival, to Renaissance Revival on First Street are unmatched in the state of Indiana. Bed and Breakfasts like Semper Fulgens and Casa Finale make it possible to experience more than just the exteriors of these eclectic homes. Grab a coffee at Penny Lane, a meal at Madeleine’s and stroll the gracious sidewalks while enjoying watching all the dog walkers on your way to the Evansville Museum of Art, History and Science.
This is one of Evansville’s most walkable locations. However, for longer stays, we recommend bringing a car. Street parking is free and plentiful, and it’s very likely you’ll be able to park right outside.

I grew up in Evansville, but moved away for 17 years to have some adventures. Now that I’m back, I love living downtown! I get a lot of joy out of hosting guests, and I like making people feel cared for, so don’t hesitate to let me know how I can make your stay comfortable and enjoyable.
