Our young family of four stayed here for a month and it had everything we needed. The space was a little tight for us though, especially in the kitchen but was still manageable. There is no laundry in the unit, but there are machines available on site which was great. The unit is located very close to Grandview Beach where you can surf more mellow waves which was the best part about the unit and why we booked. There is also two outdoor patio areas which was nice. Thank you for the stay!

Incredible experience. The rental had quintessential beach town vibes all the way. The two-level set-up made it feel quite spacious and the outdoor patios (upper and lower deck) were as idyllic for morning Zoom calls (great WiFi) as they were for evening cocktails. The place was well decorated (beach aesthetic), clean, and bug-free. While a peaceful community, there were great restaurants, brew pubs, and cafes in very near proximity. The highlight was the delectable Leucadia Donut Shoppe at the corner, which we ate at nearly every day. Grandview Beach is a 5-minute stroll from the gates of the quaint accommodation, and offers consistent surf and beachcombing when the tide is low. The property comes with two beach cruiser bikes for quick jaunts into Encinitas (South) or Carlsbad (North) in this very bike friendly community. Not only would we stay here again, we would love to put in an offer to buy this place if it's ever available (lol) We loved everything about our stay!
