A double bed with your own separate bathroom. We're happy to provide a complimentary continental breakfast on request. There are tea and coffee making facilities in the room together with a little fridge plus Freeview TV and free wifi. Please note there are no cooking facilities. Located on a main thoroughfare between Napier and Taradale, we are a 10 minute walk to the Greenmeadows shopping centre, a 5 minute drive to Taradale or a 10 minute drive to Napier & the airport. A small (some say tiny) room perfect for a single person (or couple on a short stay) near wineries and out of the inner city Napier.

We had a great stay with Pauline and Murray and their sweet dog Mya. They were welcoming, friendly, thoughtful and hospitable. So easy to communicate with and very flexible. The room is comfortable and private with everything you need. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend them.

Our home is in the delightful suburb of Greenmeadows, directly opposite the award winning Anderson Park complete with large ponds, established plantings, and a well set out walkway. There is a large New World supermarket, Thai restaurant, takeout establishments, bakery and cafe within a 10 minute walk.
Hawke's Bay is a wonderful area of New Zealand, with boutique shopping, cafes, vineyards, olive trees, beaches, 180Km of walking/cycling tracks and of course our amazing 'Art Deco' architecture.
Inner city buses are within a two to three-minute walk, and all city amenities are only a ten minute drive away.
Parking is available on site.
We are happy to provide transport to or from the airport or bus station. Just let us know.

Pauline loves to chat while Murray will sit back and listen. Wine and beaches are high on our "interests" list which is why Hawke's Bay is a great place for us to live. We also enjoying being Airbnb guests when we pop away for weekends within New Zealand. In our previous home, we had a great time as Superhosts for Airbnb, so we decided to offer our little room in our "concrete bunker" on our "concrete pad". We look forward to meeting you.
