Cheryl's proactive communication before, during, and after our stay was highly appreciated. The neighborhood was tranquil, and accessing the property was seamless. While we primarily used the space to rest during our movie premiere trip, we found it to be clean and better value compared to hotels in the same price range. However, with only one bedroom adjacent to the kitchen, the layout might be better suited for smaller groups. Unfortunately, we encountered a minor incident where a guest cut their finger, and although I didn't reach out to Cheryl, having a first aid kit readily available would have been reassuring. Additionally, while the cleanliness was commendable, the master bed's firmness made for less-than-ideal rest. Overall, despite these minor hiccups, our experience was positive.

Perfect location for eclipse watching! came right in and settled and enjoyed the eclipse and left quickly afterwards. Many stores and restaurants within a quick drive! Definitely recommend!

Great little house with a great location. Peaceful and close to family. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cheryl's house for Easter.
