We rented this beautiful house for our daughter graduating college. And the house didn’t disappoint. The place looked just like the picture. It accommodated our family comfortably and we were not over top of each other. Shopping was less than 5 minutes which was a plus. David was quick with answers that we had questions about. Definitely would stay here for our next trip.

The place was big and accomodating for big groups. The place itself was nice and the game room was a big hit with the peeps. Only downside was the bed sheets were stained and a bit dirty. The neighborhood was nice and clean. Overall a nice place to stay.

Great space for large groups.

This house is perfect for large groups! We had so much space! Parking was tight but we didn’t have any issues with tickets or towing as noted in previous reviews. This is my 2nd stay with David in 2 different locations, he is so prompt on responding to your needs and meeting them! I’d book at any location he manages! Keep in mind 3 rooms don’t have tvs but both living rooms do. Game room was a great add on, 1 game was out of order but didn’t affect the fun the kids had. 10/10 I’d stay here again for sure!

Everything was good except the door lock was out of battery.
