If you are going to attend a concert at the Philippine Arena and Philippine Sports Stadium and is looking for a nearby place to stay overnight, Rachel's Place is perfect. Rachel's place is really near the Philippine Arena / Philippine Sports Stadium, only a 5 minute tricycle ride. Their staff, Ate Coleen and Kuya Chris are very friendly and approachable. They also assisted us by contacting a tricycle driver for us to get to/from the Philippine Arena vicinity. We only paid 50 pesos per head for each ride. The place is private and has a parking space. It can get pretty noisy in the middle of night and at dawn but it is given because it is beside the NLEX. But overall, for an overnight stay when attending a concert, I highly recommend this place. The place made my 1st concert experience at the Philippine Sports Stadium hassle free and comfortable.

We booked this place to watch a concert in Philippine Arena. The staff were very accommodating and they helped us call a tricycle to get to the Arena. It was only a short 5 minute ride to enter the Duhat gate. No traffic encountered, and you only need to show your tickets to the gate guards to enter via trike. The room was comfortable and had multiple beds. The resort’s atmosphere was peaceful. There was noise coming from the highway but it was no different than background noise when trying to sleep in a car. We had no trouble sleeping. Finding the place via maps was a little tricky since there was also a “140 Duhat” nearby that the search directed to. Just know that the pin should be “Gitna ng Nayon Resort & Pavillion” and can double check by looking for the swimming pool via terrain view.

Stayed for one night as we attended a concert in the Philippine Arena. Place is okay, it's got cold aircon as well as its own toilet, so you can have your own privacy. Location is a bit out of the way, but Waze will get you there without any issues. From the location, it's one tricycle ride away to the Philippine Arena, so it's quite convenient. It can become a bit pricey though (we paid 200 one way, and the same price on the way back). Only criticism we can really provide is the fact that water can be a bit cold since there's no water heater and it can be a bit noisy at night since you're practically beside NLEX. You can hear the passing vehicles, but we still both fell asleep otherwise. I can imagine this to be a problem for light sleepers who easily gets awakened by noises though.
