Very spectacular and amazing place to stay, Brian and his team were supportive and helpful during my entire 3 weeks stay. I will definitely stay there again next time I visit Ghana. Location is spot on, right in the middle of all the fun and top notch restaurants Massive Thanks to Brian and his team

overall it was a good location for me. The pace was well equipped with good AC and other facilities. The only small items were that we couldn't get anything on the TV and the pool pump was away for repairs so it could have been cleaner.

On the first day one of the locks on the main door would not open and the co-host Joshua could not assist so I had to stay outside for about 20 minutes fidgeting with it before it finally opened. I noticed lots of ants on the windowsill and water dripping from the AC units in the bedroom and living room. Also, water to the apartment stopped flowing and then again, the local host Joshua was unresponsive. However, Brian responded quickly and took care of the issues and assured me that the water service will be restored soon. The toilet flushing mechanism stopped working so I had to use a bucket to fetch water to flush the toilet. Upon notifying the local co-host, he did not provide feedback until I reached out to Brian who saw to it that the issue was resolved the next day. I discovered that the washer had water in it that appeared to have been sitting in it for a long time and had a pungent odor. I worked with Airbnb to end my rental and relocate to a different apartment.

My second day in the apartment, I noticed a cockroach in the kitchen. As well as ants in the bathroom. Upon reporting the insects Brian was responsive and apologetic. The apartment was fumigated the next day.
