Our book club has stayed at lots of airbnbs, we have a good reputation, and we have never before left a bad review, but although this house is large, nice and well-located, it was dirty. The bathroom rug was still wet from the previous occupant. There was hair in the bathtub, toothpaste spatters on the sink, and food spills in the microwave. The kitchen floor had not been swept, the stovetop was greasy, and most of the tabletops needed cleaned. Fortunately the host asked us to strip the beds before we left, so we know we were sleeping on clean sheets. It was a shame because this is too nice a house to be left in such a state.

We were in town for a basketball tournament. The house was in a good location as we had games all over, from Strafford to Ozark, Drury University to The Fieldhouse. There was ample room for our family, two adults and two teens. The keypad allowed for easy entry, and it was nice to have a garage in which to pull our car. Upon entering the house each time, there was a musty smell., worse the first time. The master bedroom shower is VERY small. My wife is 5’2”, 110 pounds and it was tight for her, not really conducive for an adult to use. Some nights were noisy due to loud vehicles driving by. The house is on a corner lot. Thankfully all the beds were comfortable, allowing us to get some rest. There were an abundance of washcloths and ample bath and hand towels. Both family rooms had comfortable furniture and TVs to enjoy. All the appliances were in good working order; we did not use the stove or oven. Overall our stay was good. Jeff was a wonderful host, very friendly and responsive.

Home was very clean and pretty! Very spacious back yard and host was very nice and responsive!
