We are local and stayed at Trevon's home during a remodel period when we needed to be out of our own home. We couldn't have been more pleased. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The home is a beautiful surprise both inside and out. We enjoyed sitting outside in the evenings after work and watching the wildlife. There is a public park just a hop, skip, and a jump away. We will be recommending Trevon's Airbnb home to our out-of-town visitors. We are very appreciative of such a great experience.

Stayed here with my 3 kiddos, 2 under 6. They had a blast rolling down the hill in the backyard, and running around the yard. The place was nice but I wish the king bed mattress was more comfortable. Overall, likely will be going back as my kids are obsessed with the bunnies in the yard.

Our stay at Trevon’s Airbnb was absolutely delightful! Nestled just 30 minutes from downtown Chicago, the location was perfect, surrounded by fantastic eateries and shopping. Trevon was an exemplary host, proactively communicating and ensuring our comfort throughout the stay. He even accommodated our early check-in request when our flight schedule changed, showcasing his exceptional hospitality. The house itself was a gem, immaculately clean and providing a serene retreat after our days exploring the city’s sights. It was the ideal setting for my friends and me to relax and recharge. Trevon’s attention to detail and guest-focused approach made our experience unforgettable. I wholeheartedly recommend Trevon’s place to anyone visiting Chicago. If you are looking for an affordable family friendly place to stay just outside the big city this is it! It was an easy drive into Chicago each day to explore and sight see, and then nice to come back to what felt like a very safe and peacefully place to rest our heads after our busy days. We visited Medieval Times, Shedd Aquarium, Field Museum, Navy Pier, Maggie Daily Park, The Bean, Brookfield Zoo, and more. And Giardanos has the best deep dish pizza ever! A huge bonus about the location of the house was the fantastic park just a minute or two walk out the back door. Also worth a mention is how great this host is with communicating. He made this stay a 10/10. We would absolutely recommend this place to friends and would stay here again if we are ever visiting again! Thank you Trevon for the great experience and hospitality!

The house was very comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet. We took advantage of the great weather and walked around the park next door. Trevon was proactive with communication and was available for questions/recommendations. The check-in instructions were very easy to follow. We were in town because I was having dental surgery. Trevon was very kind and had the house stocked with several food items that I could eat following my surgery. The house worked perfectly for our visit.
