Brilliant stay - lovely caravan with everything we needed. We loved being out on the decking whilst the kids went and played in the playpark. Lovely swimming pool and good evening entertainment. Great location for exploring Suffolk and Norfolk!

We had a lovely weekend break at Katie's caravan. Weather was cold, but Katie provided lots of portable heaters which warmed up the place quicly. So many added extras including toiletries which we all appreciated. Great locatoon, close to the beach and main facilities. Communication regarding the booking was fantastic. Tgank you. We had a lovely stay.

Just came home from a mini break with my two children (ten and thirteen) and our cocker spaniel at Katie’s. We felt right at home, it was just perfect! Clean and cosy and in a great location close to the amenities. Little extras such as dog treats and games in the cupboard was a really nice touch. The site itself is also great. Plenty for the kids to do such as swimming, go karting, crazy golf, park and a climbing wall, plus an arcade and a club house restaurant. (You need to pay for passes at the site reception to access swimming) We will definitely be looking to re book for another break!
