My family and I (2 & 5 year old) stayed for a week over the Easter holiday and a fantastic stay. David was a superb host and was very responsive and helpful. The property is set in beautiful surroundings backing onto a golf a course. Hot Tub was always a pleasure to slip into at night. Property was clean and could not criticise it in anyway. Thank you for having us David.

We had a lovely stay here. Gorgeous living space, incredibly clean. Hot tub was fantastic. And was great having the duck pond outside for our son to feed everyday! We had a lovely carvery at the on site resteraunt. Lots to do in the local area and spent a lot of time down at the arcades - there are a lot of them with some great fish and chips by the beach.

Book with confidence, David’s place is just great, open vistas with lots to do locally and Great Yarmouth just 15 mins drive away!

We had an amazing stay at the lodge in Fritton. David was really attentive and flexible with check in and helped with whatever was needed. We really enjoyed the lodges hot tub and how big and homely the space was. I’d highly recommend booking if you’re looking for a quiet and peaceful getaway- it was perfect for kids and everything that we needed was there. Everything was nice and clean and we can’t wait to hopefully book again for next year! My daughter really enjoyed feeding the ducks at the lake and adopted a pony at Redwings sanctuary. There’s plenty of things around the area to do and supermarkets are 10-15 min drive away and there’s an on-site restaurant that does a lovely carvery.
